City of Raleigh Environmental Awards

Interested in submitting your company, organization, or project for the City of Raleigh’s Environmental Awards? See the release below (application can be found online at the website listed below). Awards will be given in multiple categories (see below). The submission deadline has been extended to December 31st.

Redress Raleigh 2010 Call for Volunteers


Redress Raleigh 2010 is in need of volunteers!
 
Thank you to those of you who have already signed up to help out w/ Redress Raleigh 2010 - we appreciate it. For those of you who haven't decided how you can help yet, we have some positions still open that are listed below. 
 
Triangle EGB is proud to be a co-producer of RR 2010 and was amazed to see the hundreds of people who came out for RR 2009 - we are excited to create an even better Redress this year!

Redress Raleigh 2010 Updates (Tri EGB is co-producing)

Below are updates on Redress Raleigh, the Triangle's only ecologically conscious fashion show intent on showcasing up-and-coming designers (including students). Triangle Emerging Green Builders is proud to be co-producing this show with MorLove - a nonprofit created by NCSU alum Mor Aframian that supports an orphanage in Uganda through the sale of refashioned textiles, and Revamp - a line of reconstructed vintage clothing by Durham designer Jamie Powell.

Historic Green

Historic Green would like to invite you to participate in our second annual Spring Greening event in New Orleans, March 10th-20th, 2009.  Last year, over 500 volunteers of all ages and from all parts of the country volunteered during a two week period to help in the sustainable reconstruction of the historic Holy

New CMP Enrollment Guide from GBCI

GBCI posted a PDF on their website detailing the Credit Maintenance Program for existing LEED APs. There was some information I wasn't expecting, and I thought I was paying attention! I suggest all existing LEED APs check it out. Here's a link directly to the PDF, or you can find it on gbci.org
