Redress Raleigh 2010 Updates (Tri EGB is co-producing)

Below are updates on Redress Raleigh, the Triangle's only ecologically conscious fashion show intent on showcasing up-and-coming designers (including students). Triangle Emerging Green Builders is proud to be co-producing this show with MorLove - a nonprofit created by NCSU alum Mor Aframian that supports an orphanage in Uganda through the sale of refashioned textiles, and Revamp - a line of reconstructed vintage clothing by Durham designer Jamie Powell.

Designer Applications due Dec 31st!
Applications are due Dec 31, 2009 to participate in Redress Raleigh 2010. For the first stage we would like to see sketches or inspirational images providing an idea of your concept - whether this is a color, animal, abstract idea, etc, is up to you.

Volunteers still needed
We still need volunteers before, during, and after the show. If interested in helping please email greenfashionshow@gmail.com with contact information. Thank you for giving of your time to make this show happen!

Now seeking sponsors
We greatly appreciate those who have already agreed to support Redress Raleigh 2010 - thank you for your help! We are still seeking sponsorships of varying levels to help produce this show and you will be recognized on our website to thank you for your donation.

To see some great photos from last year's show, feel free to visit us on Facebook or look over this awesome article courtesy of Goodnight Raleigh. Also follow us on Twitter for additional updates.
